Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to the UK only, but we have plans to introduce worldwide shipping as soon as possible.
Occasionally, you’ll see that our products are available for pre-order only. We use pre-orders to better understand your interest in new products, and avoid overproduction and overstocking.
A pre-order with us is essentially the same as making a normal online purchase, just with a slightly longer lead time. You can see the estimated shipping date before you buy on the product description page.
Delivery costs are calculated using item weight, delivery method and your location. Delivery costs are displayed during the checkout, prior to payment.
Once you’ve made your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation SMS/email, which will also include the estimated shipping date. Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you can't see it.
If for any reason we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll notify you and refund the total amount of your order using your original payment method.
When your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation SMS/email, with your estimated delivery date. Again, remember to check your spam/junk folder.
